active directory to different hardware

Can someone suggest any information on how to move a Windows 2000 server (running Active directory and mixed mode)to a different hardware in a fast and safe way.
The domain controller is also a DNS server, DHCP server and WINS server.
would it be possible to keep the same name of the domain controller?
