I subscribe to a well-known newspaper online, and they use the Olive Software active paper s/w to render a PDF version of the paper. Emails to the paper’s support team have gone unanswered, so hope someone can help. I don’t want to have to unsubscribe.
I’m using Windows XP, IE 6.0, and Norton Internet Security 2003. Apparently, some security setting I changed has angered the software gods, and I’m getting a “your browser environment is not fully supported” message with an Olive Software logo. Putting the paper’s web site into Trusted Sites and resetting security to Low for that group (in IE 6.0) has not resolved the problem. Any ideas? TIA.
