ActiveDirectoryUsers from win3k to win2k

Hi,
I have windows2000 member server. We just installed two windows2003 domain Controllers in the network. Now i want to also be delegated to use and manage the windows2003 “Active Directory Users and computers” Console in my windows2000 memberserver. How is it possible to “import” the windows2003 Active Directory Users and Computers Console to my Windows2000 Member server?
