I am new to AD (WIndows 2000 Server w/all service packs installed) and have setup my first AD on a small network at my church. Everything appeared to be working fine until we moved our web site to a new provider. Now when we try to access the site from computers on the churches domain, we get message that site can’t be found, pinging the site replies that host can’t be found. Going out directly through the router (not logging into the AD) the site is found just fine.
I suspect DNS on the AD is not updating with the new IP for the website, but don’t know how to force that update, or how to KEEP it update going forward.
Any help will be greatly appreciated as I search for the answer
