AD User Account Dissapears After A Day

I have a specific account that dissapears after a day or so. Not only is the account totally gone, the roaming data is also erased.

We have 9 DC /w AD {Active Directory 2003}
If you recreate this account with the exact same account name, if goes AWOL after a day again.

Any ideas?
