I have aquired from a friend a CD-RW and a floppy disk titled, Adaptec Update Diskette v1.04 for EasyCD Crator3.5c and DirectCD v2.5d. I have hooked up 2 connections inside the computer and when I go to add new hardware, it doesn’t detect any. My CD-ROM is acting strange. It seems like it detects the new CD-RW drive but doesn’t detect my CD-ROM. When I received this from my friend, it didn’t have any cords or anything else other than the CD-RW itself and the floppy disk. I would like to know ifI have all that is needed inorder to use the CD-RW to burn CD’s. If not, could you please tell me what a plan of action would be? Thank you very much for your time. Awsmblosm.
