Adaptors bound to TCP/IP

New install of W2K and trying to use ERAS. Receiving “error:No adaptore bound to TCP?IP are enabled for DHCP.”
Using DSL and ERAS for access through corporate firewall. Appears to let me login via ERAS but can’t ping or telnet any nodes.
What can I do to fix this?
