Add Connection: Access Database Visual Basic Express 2005

I tried to connect my An Access Database to Visual Basic Express 2005. I tried all the methods given under help. And have failed. I get an error message: “Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0.”
It works fine with the SQl Server 2005 that comes with VB.
