Add DNS

We currently have a NT server with two NICs one NIC for internal the other for external via ISDN for internet etc. I’m wanting to change from ISDN to DSL, however when I try to add/change the DNS the add button is disabled. Would stopping Proxy before making the change allow me to add/change DNS or what would be best solution?
