Add new chipset support to existingimage

Trying to pre-load 865 chipset support onto an existing image so I don’t have to build image from scratch to work on the new PCs. We pre-load the hard drive controllers in sysprep so our image will work on all of our existing PC platforms, however there is no support for the ICH5 controller in XP SP1. The inf chipset utility from Intel will not install support for the 865 on an older chipset and intel support was no help. Anyone do this before?
