ADD PRINTER

PLEASE HELP.
Have the following error message when trying to use the add printer wizard, when double clicked following message appears
“Printer operation cannot continue due to lack of resources. Operation could not be completed”
Have tried all solutions in TechNet NONE of THEM WORK. PLEASE PLEASE HELP
