    add/remove programs in Windows 2000

    When I go to run add/remove programs in Windows 2000 (service pack 2) – the application fails to run – although each time I click the application it starts a new process.

      2 quick questions..

      1) Have you killed all the previous processes?

      2) Have you restarted the system?

      Try both of those to see if it helps resolve it.
