Adding a New Screen Saver to WindowsXP

Can anybody help me to add extra screensavers to WindowsXP? I copy xxx.scr to “C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32” but the name of the scrensaver(s) do not appear in the drop down list when I try to set up the added screensaver(s).
