I created a new primary partition as D:\. Did not set it to active. Before putting files on it, I looked at properties and see about 60 MB used space. Looked at defrag analyze and see a large block of green indicating system files. I reformatted the partition, but the condition remains the same.
Is this normal behavior for a second primary partition? Using W2k-SP4 on old Compaq Armada.
