Adding a w2k DC to a NT domain

I have a NT domain consist of 1 PDC and 2 BDCs. I am adding a w2k server and want to make it a DC.What do I need to do to the NT PDC and BDCs before and after I bring up the w2k server? How do I copy the SAM database to the w2k DC ? I will be running it in mixed mode for right now. Does anyone have the same experience? Please show step by step. Really appreciate the help.
