Hi All,
Here is the situation. I have a need to add a content management web interface that is visible on the internet. It will come in and allow users to query against our app servers. This is a completely Windows Server 2003 environment. We have two app servers that connect into our w2k3 load balancing server (we will eventually switch to a real load balancer) on one nic. This is bridged to it’s other nic that is in the dmz. I have setup the Pix515 to allow traffic from the public IP to go directly to the load balancer’s dmz ip address. We have the domain name registered to the public IP address.
Although I have never done this before (inherited network infrastructure), I believe everything is in place correctly, however we are unable to get any traffic to reach the app servers, whether we put in the domain name or the public ip address.
Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
-=Mark
