Adding Client Wrokstations

I have existing w2k workstations/users I would like to add to a newly set up member server. I create the accounts and have them log on it creates a new server profile. But how can I get it to use their existing profiles? (some users have customized their desktops way too much for them to start over… and I dont what to hear it!). Please assist. Thanks.
