Adding Custom fields for Data import in MS BCMLocked
My company is attempting to migrate from Salesforce to Microsoft’s BCM. I am attempting to import account information but the fields I have available to map are incorrect. I then went to View/ArrangeBy/CurrentView/CustomizeCurrentView to add the fields I needed. I did this but when I attempt the import again the fields aren’t there. Should I be adding these fields somewhere else?
We are a small company (no exchange server) with several home offices (no central office).
All running Windows XP with MS Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager.
