adding domain user to local Admin account while not connected to domain

I have an user 12345 in INDIA domain. This user have allready a profile in Local system. Now I want to add this domain user account to local admin group. Currently I am travelling and not connected to domain. Earlier 12345 was the member of admin group in local system. But itspermission get removed due to some virus.
I have removed the virus .. Can I add this account to local admin with out connecting to domain.

Please advise ASAP.

But if you?re trying to elevate a local user account you can do so by going to control panel, User Accounts and change the group your user is associated with. If I'm way off please let me know.

how would it possible to carry out an administrative task like that without being logged in to the domain controller ans an administrator?

1.if u hv a remote user policy profile?
2. if u connect domain it first ask the admin user id and password for welcome msg, then only it connect to ur domain. if u get the two information from ur admin then only u may join in domain. r inform to admin he /she will help u in a remote way
