Adding entries to Exchange callendar from outside.

I am running Exchange 2003 sp2. Public Calendar is email enabled. One of the users has outlook at home how can he add entries to public calendar. When he cc public calendar right now he gets delivery failure. Any ideas what could be wrong?
P.S. Withing company everything works.
