Adding network printers to NT4 server

My company just purchased two HP 8150 DN laser printers. We have several other HP LJ printers (4150, 5si, 4si) already installed on the LAN. I have given the new printer a static IP address, connected a patch cord to the LAN, and would appreciate receiving a summary of the steps required to install/configure the printers on the NT server. These printers will be used by Win98, Win2000 and WinXP workstations. Thank you.
