Adding printer in Terminal Server

By jasonn ·
We have 2 offices, 1 in Perth and 1 in Sydney. The office in Sydney has not got an internal network, just a direct internet access for 4 PCs. The Perth office has a internal network.

I have just setup a terminal server in the perth office. The users in Sydney can terminal service into it just fine. They have a printer connected to the router. I am having problem adding this printer onto the terminal server.

The options to map client's printer and use client's main default printer are turned on. I've tried installing printer locally on the terminal server and configure an IP port for it that matches the IP address of that printer but still not able to get it working.

I've also enabled port 9100 on our firewall for printing. It is still not working.

Any suggestion is muchly appreciated. Thank you.
