Adding windows 2003 server as a secondary domain controller

I want to install a backup DC but my primary is windows 2000 and the secondary i want to install is windows server 2003 what would i need to do. I know i would be easier to just upgrade to 2003 server but i aint coming in on my weekend to do that. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
