Additional SMTP Address

Is it posible to add additional SMTP address? For example, we have @domain1.com and I want to add @domain2.com as well, so xyz@domain1.com would be same as xyz@domain2.com externaly. Thanks.

It is possible. You can manually add the secondary addresses by using the Ex Admin to view mailbox properties, then in the email addresses tab, select New then Internet Address. You will have only one of these addresses designated as Set as Reply Address.
If you have alot of users, you can use the export utility in ExAdmin to export all the addresses into a comma delimited file, then use Excel to add a "Secondary-Proxy-Address", then import the list back into Exchange.
Search www.microsoft.com/technet for KB Q153028. This has information about exporting/import the secondary address

Yes, all email systems that I have configured have the ability to support both multiple domains and multiple email addresses per user. Your question does not indicate your platform so, a specific answer cannot be given.

I have successfully configured MS Exchange 5.x, sendmail 8.x, Netscape Messaging Server 3.x, and Lotus Domino 4.x/5.x to support multiple domains. Sendmail and Netscape are the easiest to configure. Domino and Exchange are somewhat tricky.

Sorry I can't be more specific.
