When I click down arrow on the Address Book icon in the toolbar of Outlook, I donot see any addresses listed. When I open through the new message dialog box, it is empty. In the folder list, in Contacts folder all the addresses are there but how to display them in the address book. THIS HAPPENED AFTER I FORMATTED THE HARD DRIVE AND REINSTALLED OFFICE AND SET UP E-MAIL ACCOUNT FOR THE USER. This is in a workgroup setup where Exchange server is at the ISP site.
