ADMIN Rights

By BorgInva ·
I maintain a small W2k network and I constantly use Terminal Services at work. There is another user who has ADMIN rights for he also maintains this network. The problem is he is like a child and constantly kicks me out of Terminal Services and blocks access form me, and I ahve no way to get through. Then he will be out of the day and I am stuck. Like a child I say.
How do I prevent myself from being kicked off of Terminal Services with the exception of a reboot of course)? How is he able to block me out? How do I block him if he is messing around wih something?
He has to have ADMIN rights but how is he able to do this if I have these same rights?
Please assist.

Anyone who has Admin rights will be able to do any of those things. To anyone including Admins...

Only fix is to take away his admin rights. You obviously do not want to do that, so there truly is no solution to your problem except to kick him first...

Kiddie games, How I hate those

I wish I could take him off ADMIN rights but I can not. What bothers me is he can do this things and I do not even know how he is doing them. Like how is he preventing me from accessing Terminal Services into another computer?
