Administration Password

I have a laptop in which I have not used in over a year…I used it to run mock run..i.e upgrade from 95 to 98…or 98 to 2000…etc…well i have forgotten my password and did not make the ERD so im not sure on how i should go about this problem…anyone can help out…?
