Administrative Terminal Services

Windows 2000 Server has a built in (free) option called Administrative
Terminal Services, where you can allow (up to) 2 remote sessions that
can manage the server. If a Windows 2000 Server has 2 or more network
cards, can I turn on AdministrativeTerminal Services and enable it for
just one network adapter?
