Administrator Password

I have windows xp home edition and I lost administrator password. How do I recover this password?

unless you have changed it, the default is NULL (that is, blank). does that help?

Log on using another administrator account and go to Start, Run and type
control userpasswords2 , Select Administrator from the list and choose reset
password.

NT Offline Password and registry editor.

Very powerful please read instruction carefully.
Default setting usually enought it will blank the password or edit the sam file.

is it the user account password or system account password, if user account password, reboot-tap f8 key-safe mode-administrator-control panel-user accounts-click user-change password
