I have a new Win 2003 AD forest root domain and plan to migrate my old Win 2000 Child domains which are currently in another forest.
Where is the best place to install the ADMT v3.0 migration utility? On a file server in the source domain or target domain? Does the server have to be a domain controller? When creating the password key file *.pes – should this be run from the DC or on the ADMT server?
