Adobe Acrobat Writer

Is there a way to create Adobe Acrobat docs from Word Documents in bulk. I have multiple folders with ultiple files and would like to oncert a whole folder at a time. We have Adobe Acrobat Writer, but can’t seem to find this function, which I can’t imagine does not exist.
