Adobe Indesign user permissions issue

Howdy all, Adobe indesign is installed, Win2k, will work as the administrator, but not as regular user, obviously a rights issue, upon trying to start program as user, it gives an error saying “Adobe Indesign requires the system fonts or CMap files on the Japanese system” I did a search for and folders/files called CMap and gave everyone full rights to no avail, any takers?
