Ads overtaking “Print” version articles

by alan.fearns . Updated 23 years, 2 months ago

Builder.com Folks,

You’ve gone too far.

The Advertisements which are done a font LARGER than the title of your articles, on the Print Version, is excessive and unwelcome. That is the “Print version’s” purpose: to be readable with “hogwash”.

Today I printed a few articles, and my boss gets stressed because of the ad messages, thinking that I’m wasting time trying to buy something, instead of improve myself, which I previously relied on you all to help with. And which you did VERY admirably. (Not so much so as to take this “privelege”, however)

Please return to a smaller font and bare minimum advertising on print versions. Otherwise, this habit will blow out of proportion. There will be no limits and as a result no respect for your members.

Sincerely,
Alan Fearns
