I am in the process of installing Windows 2000 Advance Server onto a COmpaq CL380 Cluster unit. However, as this is to be a cluster server, what should I look to setup first? By this I mean do I setupthe first node of the cluster fully with DHCP,DNS,WINS etc and then setup the second node as a domain controller as well and add the DHCP,DNS,WINS etc? What about the naming of the cluster server and when do I do this? I have setup the first node with the DNS,DHCP,and WINS sevices but hte second node could not locate the first what can the problem be? If you know a very nice site or reference that I can go to to look up this information can you let me know? I have tried the Microsoft site but was unable to locate anything with regards to the necessary steps involved in setting up such a server.
