Hello people:
I am having an issue with a few people who use the Advanced Find feature in Outlook quite often.
They get the following error message:
There are too many Find Public Folders dialogs open. You must close them in order to use the Advanced Find. Do you want to close them now?
If they click on Yes the get another message stating that “The folder already exists”
They cannot run the “outlook /cleanfinders” command because the Run option has been disabled by Group Policy.
The mailboxes they perform the searches on are about 700MB in size.
I would greatly appreciatte any help on this.
