On our Windows Terminal Server that is running Citrix Metaframe 1.8 whenevere I try to go to the Advanced tab of the Print Server properties in the Printers folder I get the following message. “Advanced Print Server Properties cannot be displayed. You may be viewing the setting of a machine running a previous version of Windows NT.” I am trying to turn off the print logging functions so the notification does not appear every time a job is printed. However it will not allow me to do so. I am logged in as Administrator and the system is running Service Pack 6a. Does anybody know why I can’t access this tab?
