Advanced Windows 2000 Server

HI! I’m working on a budget proposal to justifying upgrading our domain controllers to W2K advanced server. Can anyone give me “easy to read” articles from MS site on system requirements for advanced W2K. I also need documentation on how Windows 98 se works w/W2K server. THANKS!!!!
