Advertisors ISP Automaticallt Dialing

Upon when Windows Boots up it automatically dials the ISP. I have checked any startup and nothing happens to be in there. I have read about a fix before for the programs that install this feature in the Registry to to automatically dial and reportback to advertisors. They said that there is a fix in the Registry, but I can’t seem to be able to locate the information now. Can anyone help.
