After serving my four years in the military, I have started college and am now currently majoring in Computer Information Systems (CIS). I have always been interested in IT, and have been leaning more towards the network administrator aspect. However, I do get mixed reviews from colleagues over if the CIS major is the right one for me over Computer Science. I currently am an A+ full time computer technition, with 2 years to go before earning a bachlors, and studying for the CISCO CCNA. My question for discussion is, can I afford the extra time to catch up with my math and physics to earn the CS, or should I grab the accessible CIS degree and get my CS later along the way?
