AdWare Winsock settings problem

I am having a problem with an adware. I try to run spybot and other tools but i cant find anything. However whenever i click on a link on google or other pages it always opens some ad links like 101links.com
If i run “netsh winsock reset” to clear the winsock settings the problem is solved but for few minutes only.
Can anyone help me get rid of this problem permanently?

Restart the System in Safe Mode without Networking to scan

If you have any infections they should then be picked up.
