I am running an onboard AIC7880 on windows 4.0 Server SP6a
I have one USCSI HDD And two SCSI-2 HDD’s, Also installed is an Onstream Tape Drive and a Yamaha CD Burner,
I am using ArcserveIT for the tape drive and Adaptec Easy CD for the Burner,
For no apparent reason The SCSI-2 HDD’s will go haywire, running seeks constantly until I reboot the system, The Performance viewer show no disk activity of any sort, I am starting to get concerned over the life of the HDD’s if this is allowed to continue, I am running trhe latest BIOS on both SCSI and on the P2L97 ASUS MB,
Let me know if any of you have seen this problem before
