I have 10 computers in my school lab that are all identical but one is causing me a major problem! When I open MS Word (Ofc. Profl. 2003), all the toolbars open and fill up the whole screen. I have gone into the Tools-Customize at least 10 times and removed the check marks from all but the Standard and Formating toolbars. It then works ok as long as I do not close down Word. But as soon as I start it up again, all the toolbars are back! It does NOT save the correct settings. I removed Ofc. Prof’l. and reinstalled it, and the same thing is happening so it must something saved in the registry. Please HELP!!
