I am using Windows XP SP2 Professional Edition
When i select the “All Programs” option from the “start” menu, the list that usually opens up( one which shows the programs installed on ones computer, ms office etc) is not displayed. Nothing happens. Its behaving as if it is a button without a code. You press it and nothing happens!
I have scanned my computer with my antivirus software(updated) but it shows no virus/malware.
How can i rectify this?
