Alt Ctl Del

I am using pcAnywhere to look at a remote location. I need to issue that location a Alt-Ctl-Del to look at the tasks. I can’t do it from my keybd and pcAnywhere is supposed to let you do it with an icon on the toolbar but it is greyed out and their support is limited. Is there any other way to bring up the tasks running in windows?
