I use alt W frequently in Outlook(via citrix) and in Windows Explorer(outside of citrix). Suddenly this shortcut combo stopped working. All others work fine. I have verified it is not user specific, and it does not happen if I log onto another PC. I have switched out keyboards.
Any ideas? I’m sort of a newb when it comes to group policy and the registry but am not uncomfortable with moving around in them. But can’t seem to find it!
