Altering PDFs on Macintosh

By Jackie Boy ·
Is there a program out there that will allow me to open a PDF, make
changes, then make it back into a PDF or jpeg? Don't have the type
font used to make the original so I can't just go back, make
changes and then re-save as a pdf.

Adobe Acrobat will allow this if the PDF file is not protected. Don't know of any free solutions to do this if that is what you are looking for. I can sugguest may free ones that create PDF's though not edit them.

For simple edits, PDFpen might do it.
