I recently built a new computer and when I turned it on, it would stay on for a few seconds then turn off and then go back on again continuously alternating. I triple checked all my wiring and I got a green light from my motherboard so I am unsure what would be causing the malfunction. I even tried disconnecting all non essential components such as my hard drive and motherboard, but it still did the same thing. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?
