Always on Top!
Does anyone know how to configure Windows so that an 'always on top' option is available from the title bar?
I use WindowsBlinds on my home machine which 'skins' Windows. Every window's title bar has a 'pushpin' icon that cuases that window to be 'always on top'. I would like to use this at work, and some of the other users have also asked about it.
I have looked at the settings in the Display applet in Control Panel but could not see anything useful. I have also done a quick web search, but all I could see were references to programs that included it as a feature.
If anyone knows how to do this without installing a program I would be very grateful.
