My dad just bought a new motherboard by biostar and installed a AMD Athlon 1700+ CPU into it. He had it working until all of a sudden it locked up. Now the system will not make it to POST. The CPU fan, power supply fan, and the NIC’s link light willcome on and that is it. The motherboard will not initialized for anything. We have already tried to clear to cmos and messed with the jumper. We have also tried different power supplies. If anyone can help, it would be much appreaciated. Thank you
