America’s Gas Guzzling Cars

I was walking down the street today taking notice of the cars parked on the side of the road. Four girls then came out of a nearby building and I said to myself, “I bet they are going to get in that large SUV”. And they did.

Not that I am a mind reader by any stretch of the imagination but these girls were all members of a University basketball team, and they were all well over six feet tall.

So then this thought occured to me; Maybe Americans buy larger vehicles compared to the rest of the world because, on average, Americans are taller and wider than the rest of the world.
